1How can I book a ticket to the #WITswe2021 conference?
The event is fully booked, but as a member you can sign up for the waitlist. When tickets to the conference becomes available due to cancellations, those spots will be assigned to the people in the waiting list.
2How can I cancel my ticket?
To cancel your ticket, go to https://wit.vvenues.com/unregister/. If you are not able to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible, but no later than 12 noon on March 9, so that we can ensure that the spot is allocated to one of the members on our waiting list. Thank you!
3I haven't received the e-mail regarding the ticket release
First, check your trash/spam inbox! We are using Mailchimp to send e-mails, and the sender is email@example.com. Secondly, try to login here as a member, to make sure that we got your address right. Maybe you registered a few years back with an old address? If you just recently - after Feb 10 - became a member, you will get an e-mail with a link to the registration a the end of this week (w. 7).
4How do I know if I got a ticket?
You will get an e-mail with a confirmation, the sender is firstname.lastname@example.org, search for it in your inbox, sometimes it ends up in the spam.
5Is there any point to be on the waiting list?
Yes! There is always things happening in life that makes some people cancel their tickets. If you are interested in attending the digital conference please sign up for the waiting list
6Is there a fee for not attending?
Yes. You will be charged a no-show fee of 500 SEK if your are registered but don't attend. This fee can be avoided by cancelling your ticket NO LATER THAN 12 noon on March 9. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket at https://wit.vvenues.com/unregister/. If needed, cancel as soon as possible so that the spot is allocated to one of the members on our waiting list.
