1How can I cancel my ticket?
To cancel your ticket, go to https://wit.vvenues.com/unregister/. If you are not able to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible, but no later than 12 noon on March 9, so that we can ensure that the spot is allocated to one of the members on our waiting list. Thank you!
2Can I still book a ticket to the #WITswe2021 conference?
No, sorry, the event is fully booked.
3I haven't received the e-mail with my personal link
The email is sent out at about 9 am on March 9. If you haven't received it after 9 am - check your trash/spam inbox! The sender is email@example.com. If you still can't find it, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll sort it out.
4What's the best way to access the event platform?
For the best experience, we recommend you to use your computer, it will be better. Preferably you should use Google Chrome and enter full screen mode. (For a full-fledged experience, don’t use a smartphone or iPad.)
5How do I know if I got a ticket?
You should have received an e-mail with a confirmation, the sender is email@example.com, search for it in your inbox, sometimes it ends up in the spam.
6Is there a fee for not attending?
Yes. You will be charged a no-show fee of 500 SEK if your are registered but don't attend. (Attending = having logged in during the event day. No requirements are set about how long you stay or how many sessions you take part of.) The fee can be avoided by cancelling your ticket NO LATER THAN 12 noon on March 9. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket at https://wit.vvenues.com/unregister/.
